Michael is a Registered Architect with an LLM in Construction Law and extensive international experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
From 2001–2014, he worked at a leading Dubai firm, becoming Partner in 2007 and managing its Sharjah office.
His combined legal and architectural expertise enables him to navigate design, contractual, and procurement challenges to deliver projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

Registered Architect with international experience in Singapore, Africa, and the Middle East.
Based in Dubai since 2008, Clair has worked on bespoke residential and commercial projects, including the award-winning Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa.
Skilled in design, documentation, and project management systems.
Warren Grenfell
Technical Director at Dawsons Architects Dubai, brings over 35 years of global experience in delivering complex, high-performance architecture. He led landmark projects including the Dr Pixley Kaseme Level 3 Hospital, Sibaya Hotel and Casino, and King Shaka International Airport.
Warren combines visionary design with deep technical insight, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver buildable, efficient, and future-ready solutions—most recently the 100MW Project Pilot Data Centre in Ajman.
