Dawsons were appointed as the AOR, Lead Consultant for the new Drift Beach Club for the One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. The project involved development of the Concept Design

The restaurant has a full kitchen, and seats approximately 60 guests at tables and another 60 can be seated at round the bar. The main restaurant wall slides fully open. The terrace roof also has retractable shading incorporated into the structure.
