ARCHITECTURE | Jafar Villa

Clair was the Senior Architect at GAJ – appointed as the architect of a prestigious villa in Emirates Hills Dubai. Clair and Michael were involved in the design, Interior Design and Site Co-ordination of the Villa completed in 2004. Dawsons were then asked to be involved in the refurbishment of the Villa in 2021.

The Villa had to comply with strict external planning guidelines. The purple screen walls provided a bit of whimsy once entering the property.
