ARCHITECTURE | JBR Penthouse

Dawsons were appointed as the Architect for a VIP Penthouse at JBR Dubai.  The Interior Design was done by the client.  The project was successfully completed end of 2014.

The Penthouse had a Moroccan theme. Dawsons were involved with the co-ordination of various teams of craftsmen from Morocco and the UAE

Hand carved screens frame the window openings. Hand carved gypsum frieze extends above the handmade zellij tiles in the Dining Room. Patterns were co-ordinated to terminate symmetrically in the corners of the room.

Each craft was carefully co-ordinated to ensure that the handmade zellij tiles in the bathroom terminate symmetrically on borders. Carved panels screen the AC grilles.

Dawsons were appointed as the Architect during the construction phase of a VIP Penthouse on the Palm Dubai.  Dawsons took on the role of Interior Design and Architect during this phase until the successful completion of the project in 2015.
