Dawsons were appointed as the Architect, AOR and Structural Engineer for the refurbishment of an existing villa into a commercial showroom.

Dawsons were involved in the new landscaping and parking, and the upgrade of the exterior as well as Municipal submissions. The exterior of the building was totally refurbished and clad in ceramic tiles.
